Dr. Marina Streckebein
Medical Director – Mannheim
With over 25 years of medical expertise, Marina Streckebein is a cornerstone of Probandeninfo. As a Medical Director of our Mannheim Unit since January 2023, she brings extensive experience from her roles as Deputy Medical Director and senior positions in anesthesiology at Thersienkrankenhaus Mannheim and Kreiskrankenhaus Freudenstadt. She is a specialist in anesthesia, emergency medicine, and operative intensive care, with a notable background in quality management and ethics. Her academic credentials from Heidelberg University and her dedication to advancing clinical research make her an invaluable leader in our mission to drive healthcare innovation.
Dr. Maria Lehretz
Medical Director – Kiel
Dr. Maria Lehretz has built a distinguished career advancing medical science across a broad range of therapeutic areas and study phases.
Before joining Probandeninfo, Dr. Lehretz held key positions across Germany, including Medical Director at Velocity Clinical Research and Head of Clinical Research at eCovery. She also served as Senior Clinical Research Physician at Parexel and Medical Site Lead at SIBAmed, contributing to early and late-phase studies.
Her proven expertise and leadership strengthen our mission to drive excellence in clinical trials.
Dr. Sybille Baumann
Medical Director – Berlin
With over 16 years at Probandeninfo, Dr. Baumann has been a driving force in advancing clinical research. As Medical Director of our Berlin Unit since January 2016, she has expertly led our research initiatives, leveraging her extensive experience from her previous role as Investigator and Deputy Medical Director in Mannheim. A graduate of Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, Dr. Baumann combines her deep medical knowledge with a commitment to pioneering research and innovation in healthcare.

Your safety is our highest priority. Every study is reviewed by independent ethics committees and national authorities before it begins. Participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time without giving a reason. Before you decide, you’ll receive clear written information and a chance to ask questions. During the study, physicians oversee your care and our centres are prepared for emergencies. Your personal data is handled according to European data protection rules (GDPR).
